$25 per Mac per month

Includes:

  • Box IT's Monitoring Client keeps tabs on your Mac for potential hardware and software issues, keeps tabs on your backups, and alerts us if malware has been detected

  • Box IT's Management Software handles system updates, many third party software updates, and can push configurations to your managed Macs

  • Discount off the full hourly rate

Help Desk
$75 per Mac per month

Includes:

  • Everything in the Monitoring/Maintenance Plan

  • Unlimited remote support to fix issues as they arise

  • On-site support is billed at a discounted hourly rate

Partner Plan
$135 per Mac/PC per month

Includes:

  • Everything in the Help Desk Plan

  • Unlimited remote and on-site support

  • Out of the Box IT becomes your virtual CIO helping you plan and implement all of your technology needs.

Out of the Box IT's normal hourly rate is $175 per hour.
